Horrible Noise Problem Help me please????

I have this really loud and horrible noise coming through my speakers whenever I connect my rca cables in but when I take out one of pair the sound goes away down a whole lot and thats when the engine is off or on. I have tried everything that I possible know.I tried regrounding both of my amplifiers, bought new thicker rca cables and moving the rca cables in different locations and I still can't figure the problem out. One thing that I notice yesterday was that my radio was very hot and I hadn't even used it all day.Could my HU be the problem. Someone please help me before I have to go and spend of whole lot of money to car toys or some other audio shop for something thats probably very simple.

did you reground your HU yet? the preouts on the deck could be toast too.

How do you do that ?I don't no how to reground it.

You can either run a new wire from the negative pole of the battery, or you can sand down a piece of metal behind your dash, and ground the wire to the piece of metal. I would try the metal behind the dash method first.

thanks. I will try that and see if that fixes my problem. I sure do hope that does because this is driving me insane. I have been without my system for a whole **** week. I can't take it no more.

Like popsted above it could be your HU grounding. Also have your alt checked.
