Horn tweeters

I want tweeters and was told horn tweeters give better highs, I looked at the Rockville rt4, anyone had any experience with these or they junk

I was base your tweeter decision upon: mids your matching them up with, power level, mounting location.......horns can work in the right application but so can other styles...
