Hooking up Subs and Speakers to a house outlet

So I got an inkling today...kind of a small little nagging feeling, and it grew and grew to the point where I had to blow something up. First it was a stock 6.5" Pioneer OEM out of my Civic. Hardly made a sound before the poor thing melted. Next came a JBL 10". Free aired it for a 1 second burst, then decided I wanted to test it in car, in a box. Hooked it up, and it lasted for quite some time. Maybe 10 burps, each getting longer, although I doubt my car will smell the same for a while. Then, what the hey, my Brahma, in car, for a little burp or two. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Nifty, although dangerous. Pounds hella wang.

I'll return my melted Ultimate Ti 10" and give you that instead. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Unless you take too long to get it, and in which case, I'll blow it again. And return it. And so forth.
