Hooking up in dash tv

i just bought a new sony 7" motorized tv and im about to hook it up but i heard that the new tvs wont turn on while car is in motion does. i know u can get past that some how but how do u do it. if u know plz respond.

on my pioneer, i just had to ground the brake cable wire to any ground source... instead of running it t the emregency brake like its says to.. just ground it to metal anywhere.. hopefullly that will work for yours as well

Yea i grounded mine as well and it worked im from Acworth.
