Run both power and ground wire from the under hood battery to the rear battery. Grounding the back battery is not needed but is good as well, although I dont know what the hell you have for power....could you please elaborate for me ...so are you saying run wires from original battery pos/neg to new battery?
Not really the best way as in a moderatly loud system...Run power wire from front to back. GOOD ground in back. GOOD is key.
You def wont need it. Just upgrade your underhood batt. Do the big 3 if not already done. You're done, easy stuff.well i was just curious on how to do it ... and they way you explained it was they way i though it would be i was just makin sure..... even though i dont think i need it but i have a cheap stock car battery going to two 800w bazooka mono amps..
Lol really, make a thread about it, let everyone flame you, then come back to me and tell me you're sorry...noob.Villeza you're just plain wrong on recommending he run a ground wire all the way to the back. What would make you think 1/0 copper would have less resistance than a huge steel frame? I know in our blazers the frame has less resistance than a few 20 foot runs of copper. Geez... where did you even hear that?
OMG, I'm about to give up on helping newbies....now does the big three really make a good big difference
