Hooked up new amp in my Expedition....Now speakers wont work at all

I had a large amp connected to a MTX sub in my expedition. Well the amp was clipping the sub so i replaced it with a better, lower wattage alpine amp. Now the deck comes on but the speakers dont work, nor does the sub. The inline fuse and fuse on the amp are not blown (inline had to be replaced) and the amp light will not come on. Any ideas? Any other fuses i should check? The deck does work but no sound comes out...

Check the grounds

check the remote wire for power. and double check the fuses. to see if there is actually power getting through. check ground.

But why would the regular speakers stop working?

umm .. maybe there is no output at all? .. do u have an amp connected to the speakers? or just to the sub? If its to the sub then ur speakers should be running off of your HU but if u have an amp connected to your speakers then u might want to check the ground wire on the amp(s)

check the romote, and replace the fuses that dont appear to be blown, i have had so many times pulling fuses and they dont look blown but actually are
