Thanks to the systematically intelligent worker on the phone with me from UPS, I have to COMPLETELY redo my insurance claim for UPS... which is already in its third month. Apparently, a "Subwolfer" is classified as a non-perishable or uninsurable item......

After a few weeks of confusion...I finally figured it out when I recieved the report.
