Screw it...I'll talk to ya here. Cannot log onto CACO. What gives? Says I gotta reset my password again....wtf?!!? I didn't even get an email about it. I think Imma give up on it. getting tired of reseting my password.

yep, did it to me the other day, so i posted on the f/b page that i was out. sonic gave up on trying to talk to the s. admin to get the much needed crap fixed, so he put me on as admin hoping i can get into the admin panel to fix the **** they wont, but sadly i dont have access to the vbul mod panel.

naw, trooper is good peeps, he's now an admin too, lmao.

their ambition to do for the community as a whole is lack-luster at best. frankly i think they dont want to put the effort in as there is a bottom line for the corporate owners who want to see a return with as little expense as possible, even if that means having the s.admin that work the other sites not waste their time with ours.

things wouldnt be this way if ant didnt monetize the ****** despite the members, only to profit from it's sale to a bunch of rubes with dollar signs in their eyes,.. guess the joke's on them after its all said and done.

Is it safe to say that's Corporate America for ya, sortaspeak?! just like any other company. Employees get screwed over while the top dawg(s) get their pockets filled.

Anywho, I'm getting off course. I would say another 6-8 months CACO will be in dead water. Then what? Once CACO is non existant, then what are they gon' do?

sell that shit for a loss,.. hopefully to a member or someone with a passion for the hobby. hell, just look at audiokarma, the biggest hifi/home theater forum on the net. theyre still running strong and totally unaffected by the advent of f/b groups.

Need to go back to our roots and see where/what went wrong. Or...see what audiokarma is doing we need to do to revive CACO. But I know the I don't give a **** will come from the owners.

#1 get rid of membership. No other forum charges members just to join---huge turn off.

Agreed. Never had to reset password on this site. CACO.....I forgot how many times but an over ridiculously amount. Luckily, I didn't have to pay for membership. It's the newcombers that would/will have to pay to join. Retarded idea. I mean to keep scammers away I understand but to pay for something your not gonna get anything back in return is stupid.

Yup sure do. And it was hertz mafia that helped rescue you...and it was colorblind that banned ya. I thought that was BS too but he did unban ya with an apology.

I even had several PM's from another mod because I was either talking bad about CACO or something...not sure exactly what but he wasn't very happy.

Look at it this way: can talk bad about a dying forum all you want. Really nothing can be done about it.
