I am not teh lazy but I also don't like maintaining lawns. thats why I have a small lot in a nice community. Takes me15 mins to mow and trim this bish ftw.

Ya I got it for a steal, was 115K originally, everything inside is new except the carpet. (New paint, windows, fans, flooring, etc.) Ill just say that it apprasied for way more then i purchased it for. On my first home we bought right before the big boom here in FL. I paid 80k for 1200 Sq Ft 2 bed 2 bath, large pool on a corner lot. Everything was old and from the 70s. I replaced all wall outlets and switches. Fresh paint in every room. Gutted and remodeled both bathrooms and did a little freshening in Kitchen. Then laid porcelain tile throughout the whole house except bedrooms which got new carpet. We put about 20k in. Sold that bish 2 yrs down the road for nearly 160k.

THats nice. Hard to do down there now, but we will see. Im not lookin to flip anyway though.

You flipped it.

A flip to me is something short term. Techinically those houses we did were flips, but that one took dam near 6 months.

I guess people call the short ones quick-flips. Living in it for 2 years and shit isnt a flip to me, thats a nice return on a good investment.
