they know absolutley nothing about anything

lowes is the best and it is cheaper.

they actually do have 1/0-2/0 and bigger terminals, singles and 3 or 4 in...... i got my stash there..... 2 for a buck ,aluminum set screw type.... i didnt get any difference in voltage drop between those and copper ones.... i got like 20-30 of them for way cheaper then a couple plated ones..... but its all if you just want the power or your goin for looks i guess.....

just always get one up from your wire size, i use the 2/0 cause 1/0 was waaay to tight.....
