ok i just bought a new tower and 22" screen for gaming purposes...and i want to have a nice little system for it.

I have already decided i want a 10" re se (dual 4) on a bash 500 watt plate amp...now i need help deciding on left and right speakers, but im a noob at home audio and was also wondering how i connect it all...help would be appreciated not FLAMING!!!

Well if you want 500watts out of that amp, you will need a sub that can be wired to a 4 ohm load. The dual 4 SE cannot so you might want to rethink your sub setup.

If you want to run all of it off of your computer, you will need a pretty nice sound card. From there, you can get some amps to control your front speakers and/or rears.

As for the speakers themselves, the possibilities are endless. You can put together a DIY setup or buy some monitors pre-built.

To connect it, you will need to use RCAs just like in your car. If your sound card doesn't have RCA outs, you will need an 1/8" to RCA adapter cable which you can find at Radio Shack. It's pretty much just like a car system: You have a headunit, amps, drivers, and interconnects.

i didnt realize the bash only ran at 4 ohm, thank you...oh well i have the sound card that came with it, looks like i need 2 UPGRADE that...as for the wiring help thank you very much!!!

Where in the south are you? I've got a pair of speakers that I could let go for relatively cheap...also moving this to the correct section.
