I still have the dark grey box. I just posted in another thread and its dark grey.

Maybe this is a widescreen issue. My monitor resolution is 1680x1050 and the reply box extends past the actual forum borders. It is more narrow than the layout with the white background.

Really though goob, the main issue in regards to the reply box is the font color. Its black.. Even with the dark grey background, it wouldnt matter if the font was the same light gray color as when its actually posted.

Nice to see some upgrades coming. This skin is much better than the white one, I get the dark quick reply box in all the threads I've been in : Vista/Google Chrome
