I finally got around to building the factory recommend box for the E8V3 and it's unbelievable how good it sounds... I've only got 200 watts going to it... I am going to cover the box in vinyl to match my interior, it's going between the captain chairs in the back of my 2001 Harley Davidson F150... here's a couple pics of the box... I'll be adding some to the bottom so it will set level between the seats and have the sub facing backwards...

nobody thinks I have a single 8...most say a 12 or a pair of sealed 12's. I'd never believe an 8 could get so low... really need about another 150 watts to it too from what I've read...

How tiny is the box?, Cu.Ft : 0?

For an 8, you don't need a ton of box volume //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
Yes which is why I was wondering exactly how little he got away with : ).

I'm not sure what the exact cu ft is, but it's the box that is on Sundown's website...
On SA website it states 0.5-0.75 ft^3 for ported that's pretty impressive, only 0.3 ft^3 for sealed o_O
