I said I used to drink it a lot... One night I drank a half gallon to my dome in 2 hours and I started puking up blood all over myself and somehow managed to break my hand completely... Ever since I've switched to beer. I hate the taste but it's by far a safer/slow buzz.

Why does everyone in here drink the absolutely most awful beer you can find? I almost ran out of dislikes. You bought 2 cases of beer that taste like crap. Instead you could have bought one bottle of Ale Smith Brewery's Horny Devil or their Speedway Stout and been just as drunk, for less money, with no hangover, AND it'd taste good.


It doesn't even fuck you up! It's only 6%! you guys are just so used to these dirty water "beers" you think that's strong. I can't even remember the last time I had a beer with as little as 6% abv. You guys need to learn about some Imperial stouts, Imperial IPAs, American Strong Ales, and Quad Belgians.

Ok... Cool story bro I can drink a 12 rack of Bud Light and not feel a thing I drink 6 Platinums and I have a decent buzz going on and I'm not a small dude my bro who is basically an alcoholic drinks a 30 rack a night and a 12 rack of plats gets him drunk.

Also I'd prefer to drink a few more beers to get a buzz then drink nasty azz IPA's and sh1t those things taste skunk before they even get warm. I won't drink an Ale I make on exception for New Castle because I was forced to drink them for about a week at my brothers so I've developed a taste but I'll stick with my bud.

fine beer is an acquired taste. and a lot of people thinks its too strong.

Hate coors light it tastes like garbage for what little taste it has you're better off drinking bud light and yeah dark beer is sh1t if having an acquired taste means picking dogsh1t off the ground putting it in a blender and calling it beer then I guess I have no taste.

my friend and I had an experiment. One night we drank a pitcher of coors light (his fav) and the next night we drank bud light. Found that bud light is almost twice as effective to get you drunk.

I went to buy some at bevmo(sp?) but they were sold out. Very good beer for it being a 8.5%. Very smooth, flavorful. I likes a lot just hard to find.

What's the level of ibu's on that? All the Belgian's in my area are dubbels or tripels, never seen a quad

I like to try a new type of beer every other week... pretty easy to do in wisconsin. brewery tours, seasonal beers, it's the one thing we do well here.

In maine we have a store called "The Good Beer Store." It has basically any and every brew type known to man including home made distilled, I tried a few but once again cannot stand ales and ipas.
