Holy crap I love bass race

So I did my first bass race today, and it was AMAZING. Such a huge rush. I qualified with a 129.8, so I could be in the 120-129.9 class.

Quarter finals:

Round 1: Me and the other guy both busted. Oops.

Round 2: Both of us hit a 129.9. Woot.

Round 3: Both of us hit a 129.9 again. Holy shit.

Round 4: Cars off this time... both of us hit 129.9 again! Hot Damn!

Round 5: Cars off, control systems from outside. I got up to a 129.5, and the other guy busted, so I shut 'er down.

Semi finals:

Round 1: I got up to 129.x, and the other guy busted, so I shut it down.

Finals:

Round 1: I got a 129.8, the other guy got a 129.7. Whew!

Let me tell you, it was intense! Really got the adrenaline pumping. The people I raced against were all great people, and did very well. That first guy I raced was very good, and was a very good sportsman.

Again, thanks to AMPs for an awesome show in Midway! Y'all rock.

lol i messed up my XXX... I didnt smell coil because i didnt have to push it hard to hit 129.9. But I bumped it hard during butps and I already had a very ghetto recone job lol.

**** nice job for your first run. my gf's system isnt the easiest to work with, since it still has the factory hu with the navi and has like a 3sec dialy after you unpause it and plus its hard to bring up the avg spl since does right around a 130
