this isn't new, it's called VIP style, and it's been around for YEARS

it was japan's response to the european tuning scene

they basically recreated what was popular with german car tuning, and exaggerated it beyond belief (SLAMMED cars, HUGE rear camber, HUGE tips, HUGE fender flares, etc.)

google vip style, you'll find tons of cars just like this

and yes, that rear camber is real, not motorized

these guys go so nuts with their camber they get 5-10k miles on a set of tires

That is NOT VIP.

VIP is when they use a FAT wheel, with a skinny tire, like a 19x9 with a 235/35 stretched over them. Classy lip styled bodykit, and high damper coilovers.

They often DO NOT have camber issues.

They drop them so LOW, that most of the time, the lip of the wheels comes withing an inch or less of the fender (which is often pulled out). They WANT the lip of the wheel to virtually meet the edge of the fender.

VIP was pioneered by drift legends that got out of the drift scene, but still wanted a classy ride to roll around in. The shop I work at did a GS300 with Tien Coilovers, 19x8.5 in the front and 19x10" 3 pc. wheels from WORK, with 225 and 255 respectively tires. and a veilside lip kit.

THAT, is NOT VIP. VIP is classy touches of modifications... not balls to the walls doors and split hood. They go for the right kind of attention... not THIS kind.

Ugh, when that thing lays rocker, I'll take notice.

I lay sideskirt on 20s in the front and 22s in the rear.

and I drag plastic and exhaust on a regular basis.

Don't get me wrong. I love the euro style, and love the MK2 body. but don't talk about riding low, unless you're on rocker, or door.

They're are plenty of minitruckers that ride MUCH lower.

By the way, go talk to the guys that are into VIP, and ask them if stretched tires is a necessity.

And none of those cars you posted had any abnormal camber issues like that... Accord.
