HOLY crap! 142 db!

Alot of my "internet friends" know my car has been at ARC Audio for the last month getting some noise issues addresed but what I found crazy is my db numbers afterward! They hit 142db on music with my setup and 2 IDQ12's firing forward BEHIND the seat with a SEALED enclosure and a ARC Audio SE2300 (1350wrmsish amp bridged) on MUSIC! not bad for 2 12's in a sealed box legal. i have a se2300 i'm running on my konaki hybrid in my gf's car and it is a tank i love it.

you said the subs are vented thru the rear deck...that means its not a sealed box....or is it like a 4th order bandpass??? im lost...listen to the video at 55 secoinds

Like the box is sealed but they cut holes in the rear deck to let noise flow through better so he doesnt have to put down his rear seat???

subs firing into the back seats, nothing special and thw rear deck was "opened up" to vent the sub bass into the car....nothing else.
