Holding Down Carpet edges, Problems

Having problems with carpet wanting to come loose from the box edges. 3m spary is ok but gives in the end. I read you can use elmer's rubber cement. Anyone tried this? Good/Bad?

Staple gun?

Or try gorilla glue, that shit DOES NOT COME OFF. Only use a little bit though, it expands like no other.

Another thing you could try is the super glue gel.

Will any of them bleed through the carpet ( I would say all of them will)? Can't use the staple gun, this is edge to edge.
