im sorry, one reason i really hate hockey is because people watch it to see them fight. i think its the stupidest sport just for that reason. hockey is not about fighting - its about the guys playing hockey. if you wanna watch a fight, go watch the toughman thing where they beat the piss out of eachother - and thats the purpose of the sport. i hate how people go to hockey games to see them fight.

i just think thats really bad. sorry.

it wasn't the players. it was greedy owners. of the 4 major sports, the nhl is near the bottom in average salary. remember this was a lockout not a strike.
