lol why do you idle so high? anyways i'll give ohio gen a call soon i've been busy with school and they close by the time im done with school. Will there be any problems if i drive around with it down to 11.8-12.5 stopped at lights?

I wouldn't.It should be in the 14's most of the time unlees you are drawing a lot of current.

i just talked to the ohio gen guy, he said the alt has the wrong regulator and wrong pully size so i'll have to just ship it back and they'll fix it for me for like 75 plus shipping fees, thanks for all the help you guys.

na, i got it from someone on here, they had it on a 2002, and i put it on a 2004, i guess the engin changed between the body changes. its all good
