HO alt install?

I'm putting in an HO alt right now and have 1 question. From the back of the new alternator I only need 1 wire, correct? And this wire goes to the field wire position on the External Voltage Regulator? No other wires from the back of the alternator (Besides to the battery) are necessary correct??? Just want to make sure this is right before i continue...

Yes I know, but I'm just making sure there is nothing else at all... thanks for making me look at m other thread tho, it's slightly making me feel better... and slightly stupid as well, will tell ya'll how the install goes...
