//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Yes I said it...I've got a 1980 chevette that is my daily driver/project car. As you can imagine, I'm having trouble locating a high output alt for it. I dont plan on running alot of power...1500 watts max, but I dont think my stock 37 amp alt is going to even have enough juice for the 400 watts I'm going to run as a temp setup. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif HOalternators quoted me $500 for a 200 amp which is what I paid for the car..haha. I found a 200 amp/105 amp idle that claims to fit "most gm vehicles from 19xx-1985".

Seems to have sold alot, and they have 100% feedback. Just wanted to see what you all thought...? Keep in mind, I cant afford to put a $400-$500 alt on this car so that's out of the question. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/blackeye.gif.66a1670f5aaf7f406e783a63e3387dc5.gif
