Hmmm, what to do with a saz-3000d?

I've been looking around a lot, plan on either 1 or .5 ohm operation on a single sub for a daily driver. First I was set on a btl, than I started looking into a xxx and dd 9500 series, and now I'm interested in an lms-ultra but I don't know if I have enough amp for the lms. Just bored and would like some input. Any other ideas would be great.

Why are you wavering on getting a BTL? They will take the power and get loud and are reasonably priced. I guess you can look at a DD 9518, the new AudioQue HD3C 18, the new Incriminator Audio Death Penalty 18, or an RE MT 18. They will all get loud and handle 3kw rms. Because they are reasonably similar subs. Of course there are differences in quality and people on here have their preferences, but they are all beastly SPL oriented woofers.
