Hmmm...solid price on RE SE quick question

Quick question for you guys out there. I haven't owned RE since before they were owned by US amps. My question is are they still the same quality and such? I haven't been in the audio scene for a while but I came across this today; http://ikesound.com/re_audio_se_12_d4 . 124 is a hell of a price on that sub so I might just buy one today to finish out my system.
