I run right at 22k watts and only have 4 runs of kicker hyper 1/0 to my back battery bank.

Well I figure that with a battery bank of 7 XS Power 3100's in the back and 2 XS 2400's up front and running 4 300 amp alts, I never see a voltage drop under 14.3ish at full tilt so why add more. I dunno maybe I could use another run, would it increase my voltage at the back bank, possibly could. How I look at it is the back battery bank is what the 6 SAZ-3500 are pulling off of and the 2 2400's up front and the 4 alts are used just to recharge the batterys, so at full tilt I have only around 1 volt drop from 15.2 idle to 14.3.

So you are pulling about 550 amps through 300 amp 1/0?

no thats just his wire form alts to back batts. from back batts to amps he has like 6 i think.

Im not sure your exact set up but all of my current pulling amps are sitting right next to my batterys. And each amp might pull 350 max.

Ok, I have found a deal on some flexible welding wire for $400 shipped for 200' I am going to use it. It is all copper.
