High pitch noise from distribution block

When I turn my car on I get a high pitch noise from the distribution block, last maybe 15 sec then goes away. It,s a Tsunami elite series with a digital voltage read out, don't remember exact model number.

Checked to ground for the read out already.

how many fuses do you have hooked up to it? my stinger one would do the beep noise if a fuse blows.

It's from the block, not the speaker. I have 2 fuses hooked up to it.

4 total outputs, two being used both fused
