So for the high level inputs going to my alpine pxe h660 can I just the full range inputs from my rear speakers or do I need to grab signal from my front midst and tweeters?

I dont know much about the pxe h660 but you should be able to just run a single full range signal to it and go from there. Most dsps will take a full range signal, modify it and send it to different channels in different frequencies.
