High level input help!

Hey forum.. I need some help in wrapping my mind around how I'm gonna install my amp with high level inputs. I'm putting a Rockford Fosgate Prime 600X5 amp in a 2013 F-150. It has the touchscreen with climate control and all so I don't want to replace it right now. With the amp, I'll run all four door speakers and a subwoofer. I understand that I'll have to simply find the speaker wires behind the radio and tap into them, but I'm confused as to how the signal will make it to the subwoofer channel? Somebody please straighten me out! Thanks.
