Flip a coin and pick an amp because those Infinity Kappas are going to deliver the harshest highs your ears have ever heard. I am talking ear piercing, screeching highs too! The worst mistake I made when getting back into car audio around November 2007 was purchasing some Infinity Kappas for my mids and highs. They sounded better than stock off of head unit power, but when I amplified them, the harshness really began to shine!

I used to own a set of Infinity Reference 6.5's and tweets, and they werent that harsh. I tried a set of the Kappas..and one of the harshest tweets you'll ever hear.

ANY ONE TRIED TMA 320.4? AS AMP FOR MEDIUMS TO HIGH FRECUENCY? ANYONE HAD COMPARE VS HIFONICS ZXi 6408?

Try the Txi6408, they sound just as good as the Zxi, and are priced better.

All amps sound the same. Look for a good amp that does its rated power has good build quality and you will be happy.

save your breath guys he has asked and been given the same answers on carstereo.com as well.

like most ppl on both forums have said already get a zxi amp and detune the hell out of the tweets.

the zxi 6408 is as good or better than ajbl 75.4 II I own both with the same speakers (boston components) and the zxi makes them sound no different than the 400$ jbl amp.

and for what its worth that jbl amp is 5 x's as good as a tma is.

and for 190 on ocs you cant beat it for what it is.

The TMAs seem to get no love. I guess I can see why though because if I were going to run a JL Audio amp it would probably be out of the Slash or HD line.

and fyi the txi line is not as good as the zxi line they use very diferent components inside. but they will both be just fine for his big box speakers.
