Hifonics XX-Goliath vs. Rockford Fosgate T40001BD

im disagreeing the statement you made about 2 t4000's being that different in output

I'm sorry, did i miss anything? i was referring to the goliath and the t40001 and their outputs. Someone posted that it's a rockford and shouldn't be compared to a hifonics. So i was saying it doesn't matter, both amps will put out close in output since rf will make a t40001 that will ddo 4020rms, while another t40001 may do 4800rms.... i did not say anything about two t4000s.....

i betcha the guy that benched 4020w had a subpar electrical setup, while the 4800w had a solid electrical setup

I bet you can find Goliath's cheaper the fosgates if you look hard enough //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
YES BUT RF COMES WITH 2 YEAR warranty ;)always nice to have

i know my cyclops is a monster at 4000rms at 1 ohm on 1 mt 18,all i know is you better have a killer electrical system for that goliath or any big arse monster amp.lol
well i have 3 group 31 yellow tops and the iraggi 275 amp, so i think im good to go //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif but to anyone reading this thread based on title, either amp will do you fine. they are bost relatively expensive to most of us new, so your best bet may be finding a nice used one either here or termpro or ebay., and with a good electrical system, you wont be disappointed either way.

I just want to remind you guys...if you're going to buy an amp...make sure you buy it from an authorized dealer to get the warranty. Sure...buying online is a couple of bucks cheaper....but if you're amplifier goes out...the manufacture will turn their backs on you.

I used the Goliath a couple of weeks ago at the 2006 DBDRAG World finals. The results speaks for itself. Click on the icon in my signature.

Im pretty sure Onlinecarstereo is an Authorized Maxxsonics dealer. Thats the only one i'd buy from anyway.
You're absolutely WRONG!!!!

Online Car Strereo is NOT an authorized Hifonics dealer. Call Hifonics and find out for yourself. Don't assume! They do offer a 1 yr warranty through online car strereo...but that might mean that they have a local repair guy. All I can say is....an expensive amp needs a good warranty. Would you take your Ferrari to a local repair shop? I know I wouldn't.
