Hifonics XX-Goliath vs. Rockford Fosgate T40001BD

Which amp would be the better choice? I know fosgate amps do more than their rated power but I dont know too much about hifonics amps. I dont wanna know which brand u like better or prefer but which amp is BETTER compared to one another! Thanks in advance.

yep...it was in ca&e in the last 3 months or so

i'd say either amp will do....

Definitely the Power Fosgate amp. Youre comparing a Hifonics to a RF Power series amp. I like the VR4000d idea, or HEY!!! What about an IA 40.1? I dont really know where you could get one though, or even if you could at all

it doesn't matter whether your comparing RF power series to Hifonics. it's not like he's comparing a RF T4000 to a bxi2006. People say the goliath benched 4600 @1ohm, whereas rockford fosgate - nobody will know what those amps do because each one is different!n some will do 4800, others will do 4020 watts

i don't see that big of a difference between two identical amps...maybe 200 watts

i say either 1 is only as good as how good your electrical system is,i got the cyclops and its a current hog,i can imagine the goliath
