I mean every thing is on my bass boost is glowing my amp is glowing but no output and my rca's for my input are connected but not the outputs.??????

but when they pluged the outputs in we heard a pop:eyebrow:

and no burning smells anywhere.

hifonics used to make good amps and still make decent ones...

They still make good amps but the xx series is very good.

Like I said before get someone else to look at it.

Make sure your settings on your deck are right.

Also look at the sub control and make sure it is turned up and not all the way down.

Like on my 680mp out of the box it was set at -12 or something like that.
