is the Hifonics HFi1000.1d a good amp i have a 250 rms dvc 4ohm RF p2d48, and the amp i have now is way small and crappy?? the reviews look good as so does the price some advice plez???

ap1500d>hfi series IMO. im a maxxsonics fan up one side down the other but the hfi line amps blow. the subs were good if you got the right pair tho lol.

If you want to stick with Hifonics get the BRZ line.

yea but the brz line is just way too much power any other suggestions?? all i have is an 8 250 rms

I have not personally owned one of the minis, I had an AP15001D though which is also made by audiopipe and I had 0 issues with it. The cool thing about those amps is not only how small they are but also because you can strap them together, so if you got a second one you can strap them and then you'd have 2000w @ 2 ohms
