HIFONICS BXi1606D actual wattage anyone?

OK Im looking @ the HIFONICS BXi1606D. I know they are overrated but by how much? Anyone have one or know the actual wattage @ 14v 1ohm load?

How exactly do you go about bench testing an amp? See if it'll put out a calculated voltage?

what i read the will do 1600wRMS on a steady 14+ volt but on 12-13v they will do ~1400wRMS

so, based on his current draw calculations, he somehow thinks they have 100% efficient amps?
