hifonics bxi1208 blew up :/

Those Brutus amps are great little amps. Nothing wrong with them except the mosfets being mounted at 90 degrees to the PCB. Causes the legs to break off from vibration, can cause the amp to go up in smoke when it happens...

ahh, now i understand what happened to mine. thanks for the info. the 80amp fuse on the side of the amp never blew though, that kinda pissed me off.
