Hifonics BXi 1606D Phase setting?

I know what the phase does and i should just stop being lazy but its 7 degrees outside and i dont feel like waking up people..

I noticed that i forgot to reset everything on my new amp and the phase was set at about 80 out of the 180. I tuned my system with it like this, i over looked it.

I just turned it back to 0 because i dont have a second sub, no cancellation problems.

Anyway my question is: Will adjusting the phase from 80 to 0 or anything affect my output voltage?

I know for a fact if you change your LPF settings by just a TINY amount you can increase or Decrease your voltage by up to 8 volts and even more, i just dont want to have to RE tune the gain.

Edit: i went to a test drive and it "sounds" no different from before but it is now 5 degrees out side and when it gets this cold my subs rubber surround gets stiff and doesnt sound very loud so i cant really tell.

Well, since its hard for someone to answer that question i will ask this.

My deck has a LPF setting built right into it. I know that the 1606d has a LPF on it but which would be better to use?

My deck sets it at exactly 78hz and when i adjust using the lpf on the amp its really a guess. Midway is 107.5hz so a little under that is around 80hz but its not Exact. Also say i wanted to use just my deck to output the lpf, would it be as clean or better and if i did do this HOW would i disable or turn off the LPF on my amp? Could i just turn the LPF on the amp to 107.5 and allow the deck to only give 78hz and not worry about it or what?

I just want this setup to be really good for when it gets warmer, because the weather right now makes IT really hard to tell the difference between 500w and 1000w.

Right so here is what i have the LPF set at, i thought i remembered an old calc math problem that states MAX - MIN /2 = mid so i thought 35-250 /2 = 107.5 so half way is 107.5 hz...

well im second guessing my self a tiny bit. someone chime in and tell me if the red line pointing UP is correctly placed at about 80hz.
