i wanted to power to compvrs 4ohms and i know 1200 watts is plenty enough to do it. i've heard people on the forums that said hifonics was a pretty good amp. i can get if for about 220 shipped. some opinions or other suggestions please. i want to stay under 300$.

from what i've heard the HiFonics line are solid amps especially for the price. Theyre a little overrated and don't put out the same quality a more expensive amp would, but they get the job done quite well. I plan to purchase one within the next few weeks

is it that much better than the bx1205d? for the price i could almost buy 2 of the the hifonics. i don't really need that much power to push the 2 compvrs. anything aroung 1200rms would do more than enough.

cant you get a hifonics 1500d from ike sound for $223? i heard its overrated but only by like a few hundred watts so it should still be puttin out 1100-1300watts right?

oops my bad, ikesound got the 1205d for $199 plus ship, sorry...

yea hifonics is pretty good for the money, heard its overrated, but i kno of a guy wit a brutus line amp, hasnt failed him yet. i say go for it.
