Hifonics BX1205D: Can't figure out how to mount it...

I just finished installing everything in my buddies system. It's all good, wirings done, sub sounds good (12" Fi SSD), and everything.

The only problem is we can't figure out how to mount the amp... There's no brackets or anything, and theres just 4 non-threaded holes in the bottom, that you can't get to unless the bottom cover is off...

How the hell do I mount this **** amp?

It doesn't take pics or a genious to figure out how to mount an amp.

Hifonics amps have 4 detachable feet, same as the avionixx and ED amps IIRC.You're probably missing those feet and the tiny screws.

an easy way to make those lil feet is to get a back mount strap that comes with new head units, and cut 4 feet from that.

i've done it in a pinch before.

Yeah, he got the amp used from bdawson on here, so there wasn't any brackets or anything included with it.

I lol'd at the genius comment.. obviously it's the same as Avionixx and ED.. OBVIOUSLY!! God why am I so stupid.

No seriously though, I was just wondering how people mounted them without any feet on it.. All the pictures I saw online didn't even have any on them so..

Guess we'll have to start cutting some metal and get going.
