what would be better to buy im getting off ebay, 200-300 cdn shipped.

what is the difference between the 06 and 08 in the 12 and 16 models, it just the year? also what would be a better choice the bxi 12 or 16 or a txi 1508. what of those amps has the most rated power as ive read those amps are overrated but some arnt?
