hifonics amp?

Alright im sick of waiting, and want something new and with warranty..so a local shop carries hifonic amps.. should i get like a 1500 watt to power my 15" xxx? are these amps any good? is it going to last me? Thanks

alright im going to roll over there soon.. they carry some hifonics, mark antony, and avionixx..see what i can get over 1000w..

go with the 1605d if you can, not much more and there alittle better, they've discontinued the 1500...

Mark antony mk 2500d -- no specs on this -- $650

hifonics titan - tx1505d - $279

I can get the owner to go lower on these amps though... i wanted to know the specs on this mark antony though.. also does anyone know if this hifonics titan is putting out 1000watts @2ohms at 12 volts, and is that true watts? thanks

i would look into something other then hifonics. don't do rated power nor like running at 1 ohm.

I have heard many numbers, but I wouldnt expect more than 1200w from the amp.

ill be running it at 2ohms.. anyone know if this amp wud be comparable to a mtx 1501d? at 2 ohms, so 1000 watts.. if it sounds similiar..then im getting it cause that sounded fine

Wont get anywhere near 1000w RMS from it @ 2 ohms... I would guess 600 or so. The MTX is much better, not under rated and very reliable.

yeahh right now im looking at MTX 1501D, and the old school Rockford Fosgate Power 1000a2..man i want an amp..
