Its ok if you can find it cheap enough. Id say it will do about 13-1400rms

What?

Rated power at 1% THD & N and 88dB Signal to Noise Ratio is dirty?

Please explain how you came up with "dirty as a *****, power wise".

This amp provides extremely clean power and among the lowest rated THD & N and Signal to Noise Ratio of any D-Class amp.
