The Optidrive stuff is good quality -- all the other lines are your typical budget gear.

Type X should work real well. I'd look for the DVC 2, but the dvc 4 would do the trick too.

Ok if I cant find a 12 cheap enough I may look into a 10". Would this be a bad idea? How many ft^3 should I make my box to be? the maximum I can go is 2ft^3.

Since you're wanting to port it...

2.0 gross is going to be on the small side for most 12's but should be adequate. If that is your volume based on external dimensions then you probably only have 1.8 or so internally, after sub/port displacement you'd be in the 1.5 cf area.

For a 10 you'd probably be ok. Somewhere in the 1.5-2.0 range (gross) should be good.

Ok. Will it be pretty loud? It being a 10" I didnt know if the extra watts with the new amp would help. And you say I should get the DVC 2?

Someone also suggested a RD audio Sonance 12". I couldnt find any power handling rating for them though.
