Hifonics 1606d or 2006d

For 2 12' kicker l7s 4 ohm DVC ran at 2 or 0 gauge wire. These are the two best in my price range. I hit search but cant get a clear understanding. Do they push 1600 or 2000 rms or are they over rated what not.

Can't go wrong with a 2006. Slightly overrated but would push good
