I am very happy with Indoaudio's warranty. My 1500d took a shit; I emailed Indoaudio about getting the warranty. They told me to ship the amp out to them with a $15 check for return shipping. They shipped a replacement as soon as they got mine..so i got the new amp in about 1 1/2 weeks.

I'd tell them to go screw themselves. They are the ones who sold a bunk amp....let them pay for shipping. It shouldn't cost you an extra $30 because they sold you a worthless amp. Any other respectable on-line stores (such as SD) pay for shipping themselves.

Ive talked alot to Indoaudio recently, hes said PG sucks for returns from ebay (bought my xenon from him), but Hifonics has a more "dont ask dont tell" kind of approach.

its funny you should say that. i sent my cdt's back to thezeb to get a refund. i sent everything that came with the set. they sent it back to me and said i didnt include tweeter mounts...funny i look inside and see the tweeter mounts sittin in front of me in the box. i tell them i included everything in there and they messed up and they should pay for shippin back since they ****ed up. after about 12 emails and phone calls arguing that they ****ed up and they should pay for shippin back to them they still said no. so i was out 45 bucks for shipping for both ways, and they are out of a customer for life. never again will i deal with them. they screw up and cant even take responsibility for it. point of this post: give it a shot tell them they sold you a screwed up amp and at least try and get them to pay for shippin bck to them. if not then i guess your gonna be out of that money //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
