Hifonics 1206D or Kenwood KAC-9103D?

Which one would be better? They both supposedly give out 900 RMS but I am thinking the hifonics will be better...i've heard some bad things about Kenwood..

i vote hifonics but i never used kenwood gear before. ive had good exp. with the bx500d, bx1000d, bxi1606d, and bxi2006d.

i have the kac 9102d, runs slightly warm after a while. idk about how the kac9103 would do

my bro has the kac-9103d and it runs pretty good doesnt really get warm, so imma go with the kenwood.......

Well crap, i just ordered a Bxi1206d about 3 hours ago. Wish i saw this thread earlier.. Seems like the Kenwood might be more efficient too? Seeing as it has 60amps worth of fuses while the hifonics has 80amps.

I doubt the efficiency is much different, amps of the same class are pretty competitive these days... I'd figure the dollars per fuse amperage rating. Looks like the Hifonics is more powerful.

I would do the Hifonics.. I have owned a 1605 and 1606 Hifonics and both were great.. until the 1605 blew.. Voltage drops ftl.. I had the older Kenwood.. it was 800w and it was great too.. I just prefer Hifonics aesthetics mush more
