hifisoundconnection off ebay?

So I bought this orion 600d off of hifisoundconnection from ebay.

totaled 228$.

I wait a week.. and I get no respond from them, and the tracking number they gave me still doesnt show anything shipped.

I contact them myself only to have them tell me that the item is backordered, and that it should be restocked within 2-3 days.

well eventually i contact them again and complain, and they tell me they cant get it anymore,adn they can either give me 2 300d's or a refund.. so I ask for my refund.

I send 2 requests for my refund, to have them respond to the 2nd request, and not the first, saying that a refund will be issued shortly.

36 hours later.. I still have no refund, and I assumed when they say shortly, within 24 hours since it shouldnt be too hard to just hit a button.

So I send them a message today saying that I will be contacting ebay if i was not issued a refund.. and no reply.

if they dont reply back as they have not before.. what exactly do i do/what will happen?

Make sure you track any email respones from them for proof when you turn them in to Ebay.Sorry to here that!

so the second I contact ebay about an item not received, they send me an email back saying

it will be there shorlty ok we have to send it over to our returns dept.

Credit cards are 7-10 days and pp is 24-48 hrs.

They **** really,I bought from them several times and each time it was

a bumpy purchase... They said they had like 50 in stock and they didnt have 1 unit actually in stock at all and had it dropped shipped from the MFG to me..

Liars... They are slow but I think youll get your money back,its a one man show over there and he/she does refunds prolly once a week
