HID Issues

ok i have 2000 durango, i bought aftermarket headlights that change the 9007 bulb out for h1 and h7 bulbs. I am trying to run HIDs on botht the high and low beam but i cant get it to work right. I originally ran 4 separate relays for each bulb and that didnt work at all so i tried it without the relays and i got the low beams to work but still no high beam. I have tried a different ground,new relays, nothing works. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Oh yeah and they are apexcone HIDs

i have apexcones as well. they told me to try switching out the pos ang negs when i called them. i havent gotten to try yet. but i think im going to file a rma.
