Hi, new here... checking to see if I got this right.

This is a piece by piece operation for me, so I figure it will be a while before I get it all done. I'm working on a 16 year old paycheck so I don't have much to work with. I plan on getting a dvd flip screen head unit, but those are super expensive. I don't think I want to change my components out because they sound really good, better than some of the stuff at the audio store. I know they aren't the best but they do sound good to me. It's hard to judge quality when you don't have something to compare it to unless it's just crap. When I change my head unit I believe I have to get rid of the LOC and go directly to the head unit correct? Or I don't have to but I can just remove the LOC because it would no longer be necessary.

mjbailey, how much for your LOCs?

here this should help,

LF Speaker +/- org/lt. grn - lt. blue/wht

RF Speaker +/- wht/lt. grn - green/org

LR Speaker +/- gray/lt. blue - tan/yellow

RR Speaker +/- orange/red - brown/pink
