We were created by a higher intelligence, or everything came from nothing? There has to be a creator in between somewhere i would think.

Because if you are going to use logic to say "there must have been a creator", then you must follow that logic completely.

You say that the universe requires a creator, but the creator doesn't? The universe is too complex, but the creator isn't?

Well I look at it like this.

Darwin based most of his work off of an experiment done by Stanley Miller in the 1953 at the University of Chicago. Miller attempted to recreate the beginning of the earths atmosphere, and create life. In several days a few amino acids were made. So it worked...

but then about 40 years later, scientists determined that the earths atmosphere didn't contain all the chemicals that Miller had used. They tried the experiment again, and nothing was able to be made.

Does anyone else get the feeling that nothing we perceive is real and only exists in our current minds? I just don't even know what to think anymore, nobody has given me a good enough explanation to agree with either side, and even if evolution is exactly how we got here, that doesn't mean there isn't a creator somewhere.

You didnt evolve FROM a monkey. You evolved WITH a monkey. We share the same ancestor. Its proven, you cannot argue it.

Science and religion disagree on everything. If one is right, the other has to be wrong.

This being the case, Ill stick with the scientific method, reason, and logic. Anyone who takes blind faith over scientific fact is a fool.

I wasn't aware that we came from the same ancestor as monkeys? Because if we had, wouldn't evolution be widely accepted by everyone?

just take some time to watch this movie. Yes, its biased, but, It has a lot of good material for "logical" or analytical thinkers.

Evolution isnt saying there ISNT a creator. Its just showing how life came to be on this planet.

But supposedly Adam and Eve has incestuos *** and all mankind is the result. This happened 6,000 years ago, when the earth was formed. Even though we have human remains from millions of years ago, life began 6,000 years ago. Does that make any sense?

How can someone believe the earth is 6,000 years old when we KNOW FOR 100% FACT THAT ITS BILLIONS OF YEARS OLD?

Are people really that fucking stupid?
