why does evolution even matter? Even if evolution is 100% fact, there can still be a god. But if god is real, why would he make natural disasters that kill people every day, and make it unfair for some people in other countries who struggle to survive due to lack of food? If god is all good, why would he create such a miserable world for us? It really makes no sense, think about it, he could have done much better don't you think.

There is actually proof. We see it on many occasions where we slowly see animals changing over time. It happens in response to changes in conditions / needs. Obviously it's more complex, but that's in layman's.

Why is it taught? Because it's science... and there is A LOT of proof.

And it's not stupid. It's actually a lot more scientific / logical than "BECAUSE GOD SAID SO!"

If you have to ask 'why are there still monkeys' then no, you didn't pay attention when your 6th grade teacher explained evolution to you. You clearly lack a fundamental understanding of it. Learn a little more before you start educating others on the subject.
Apprently it would blow your mind to know at one time, two different human ancestors lived on this planet... at the same time. Let alone a distant cousin like apes. Seriously, educate yourself.

Everyone has their own veiws, no one can "force " them to do anything. I personally believe in God because: look around you... go outside... what do you see? trees? Grass? people? dogs? air? the sky? the universe? How else would you say that is made. Study science, and see how complex the simple cell is. It is out of our comprehension. We can't understand it.Such as the mystery behind How the electron stays together (Neg and pos tend to move away from each other), and how in the Revelation it says how God releases his hand from the universe (Booom...END). And that was all written far before we knew how the electron worked.

Now for evolution, many people say we came from monkeys... why the hell is there still monkeys? did they forget to change? why don't we have any "Half" species?

The theory of evolution should not be tought in schools before show any viable proof that things/ species can actually change to another species.

You sound as though your head is filled with nothing more than creationist propaganda with little understand of evolution, and science in general.

Don't feel bad, you're not alone. But if you want your questions answered, the answers are available for you but are NOT located in the misinformation campaign of creationists or "intelligent design" advocates. It is pretty evident you have little understanding of the true science involved.

Pick up a good (factual, scientific) book and start reading.

You guys are so one sided. Creation can be compatible with evolution, but not reversed. It is obvious that evolution is real otherwise you wont recognize that people are not the same color for an obvious example.

God can't hold responsibility, we have free will. We are made in His image after all and in order for us not to be God's slaves we have to make our own decisions. The main one being whether we accept Him or not. There are many questions, and God can and will answer them if you go to Him about them. Its as I've stated a personal relationship. He can handle all your questions, concerns, worries, fears, pain and anger.

Why do we still have species like crocodiles who have been around for millions of years, yet there are new forms of fruit flies that have evolved within our lifetime and bacteria that have formed within the past few weeks? Because evolution is conceived and at the same time constrained by its environment. Crocodiles have not needed to adapt to survive and flourish, bacteria have.
Apes of today are not the same as apes of several million years ago. You seem to be of the opinion that each species is unique. Can you explain the similarities between some species? Did God simply run out of ideas when he created the platypus? Why do we no longer have dinosaurs? Where did they all go? Can you explain why your appendix seems to have no realistic use to the modern human body? Are these all tests of your faith?

Fruit flies yes, bacteria yes, Half bacteria half fruit fly NO!

There are many adaptations, but no! Absolutely NO, changes from one species to another.
